Peak Leader Collective’s Culture and Climate Coaching Program is an innovative initiative designed specifically for new educators, aiming to foster a thriving classroom environment conducive to learning, growth, and joy.

Our mission is to create classroom communities where students can learn and thrive. We do this by providing learning and coaching on the development and implementation of classroom routines and procedures that balance nurture and structure supporting educators to cultivate an optimal classroom community.
