School leaders are experiencing pronounced isolation leaving them with little time to delve into meaningful discussions about their own professional goals, troubleshoot challenges, or explore the broader perspectives that can elevate their work to new heights. To carve a new path which pushes against isolation, school leaders must seek out a community of like-minded peers and carve out dedicated time for these transformative conversations.

Collective Genius is a community of school leaders ​with diverse perspectives, experiences, and knowledge, who are brought together by their common passion: to serve and teach students. The goal of Collective Genius is to leverage the collective wisdom and expertise of school leaders to build bridges across schools leading to collective growth and development within our educational community.

-Who's in the room and what's your genius?
-Learn and share resources on how to get into classrooms and have conversations with teachers that transform instruction —Squad time!

Participants will connect with other leaders in small groups by sharing 'wins' and challenges. Each person will have a chance to be in the spotlight where they share a goal or a problem they're wrestling with. Other group members ask clarifying questions, share insights, and help that person move forward toward action Reflection and Recentering

This particular Collective Genius STL event is for school leaders and coaches who are driven, ambitious, and eager to accelerate their professional growth. Whether you want to expand your network, gain fresh perspectives, or collaborate on innovative projects, attending this event will significantly enhance your professional development journey. Some titles you may hold, include but are not limited to, principal, assistant principal, director, coach, and instructional coordinator.
